
Mums & Bubs is the premier postpartum fitness class in Windsor Gardens! We are looking for 12 women for our next session. If you've recently had a baby and want to safely strengthen your body, this is it!

Craving a little dedicated Mum time? You can absolutely come solo.
No experience needed! We will teach you everything you need to know to safely workout each class!

Babies should be anywhere from 6-8 weeks to 6 months for this program. Beyond that age, we've got a program for that too!
Yes! This is designed as a "Mummy and Me" class where your little one can hang out with you while you workout.
That's the beauty of an all-Mums class; we understand blowouts happen, children need to be fed, or held, or talked to. Tend to your little one and hop right back into the workout!

Bianca is a Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, andGroup Coach with CrossFit Proficient and has helped over 160 women regain their fitness postpartumthough this program.
Bianca is no stranger to Motherhood and postpartum recovery. She's got three little ones of her own,Kristina, Kosta and Matteo, and is a strong and healthyrole model for her kids.
